Return & Refund Policy – [AERIS]

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance products
  • Customized or altered items
  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Share photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.


7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • Incorrect product sent by us
  • Manufacturing defect

[AERIS] will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
